Order & Payment:

Minimum orders of 25 items (varies by service).

Payment: Due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders begin production once payment is received.

Quotes are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds:

Because all items are custom, all sales are final once production begins. if an item is defective or incorrect due our error, we will work with you to resolve it.

Intellectual Property:

Customer logos, names and artwork remain the property of the customer. Cravin Threads will not use your design outside of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of liability:

We are not responsible for any indirect damages, delays or issues outside our controls (such as supplier delays, shipping errors or natural disasters).
